Just another disappointment to add to the list

I really do hate when people tell you "I'm going to call you later" and then disappear. I am feeling tired and sorta sad..SOrta feeling excluded by all the people I know. Sometimes it feels like the more efforts I put in something, the more that something disappears
I guess it's just that I am not good enough in keeping the spirits high or whatever else...
